About the Building

At Wood Street Lofts, we blend history with innovation to create thoughtfully designed spaces that elevate urban living. Located at 326 N. 12th Street in the heart of Philadelphia’s Callowhill neighborhood, our seven-story new build was designed to complement the area’s rich industrial character while offering the comfort and efficiency of modern construction.

The building features 31 modern loft-style residences with oversized factory-style windows, exposed timber accents, and open-concept layouts—each unit thoughtfully finished with contemporary details and in-unit laundry. Residents enjoy access to a state-of-the-art fitness center, bike storage, on-site parking, and shared common areas that foster community and connection.
